Alberta, Canada? You're in luck because Edmonton boasts some fantastic and
fun-filled family-friendly theme parks. Here are Edmonton's top three theme
parks:
Fort Edmonton Park
Located in the wooded parkland along Edmonton's River Valley, Fort
Edmonton Park offers vintage themed midway attractions, a four-dimensional (4D)
movie experience in a vintage theatre, iconic steam train rides, and live
shows. Although the park is currently open for special events only, the real
fun begins when the regular season starts on May 20.

park that boasts the privilege of being North America's largest indoor
amusement park. With play areas for all ages, over 25 attractions for a variety
of levels, a smorgasbord of concession stands, and fun without the headache of
the elements, Galaxyland brings outer space within your family's reach.
Be sure to check out: Galaxyland Raceway, for beginners;
intermediate level riders will love the Cosmic Revolution, and the advanced
riders will meet their match on the Mindbender.

Also located in West Edmonton Mall, World Waterpark has slides
galore with over 21 unique water slides and boasts its own accomplishment, as
the owner of world's largest indoor wave pool. Catering to all levels of
experience, the park has several water attractions as well as several
concessions stands. Be sure to bring proper swimwear, it's required.
Be sure to check out: Blue Thunder Wave Pool for all ages;
the Corkscrew for intermediate riders looking for more splash; and the
Thunderbolt, offering more power for the expert riders.
