Hands down, by the far the best car buying experience I have had! Mo in sales, Homan his manager, and especially Denise in Finance were so amazing to deal with!! I just bought my third truck from this amazing dealer ship crosstown and let me tell you the service is amazing. The sales rep is Amrit and he was able to get me into a brand new 2020 ram 1500 with everything I asked for. By far the best dealer ship I have been to. Not pushy, no snakes, just chill humans making an honest living. Very impressed. ! Thank you crosstown.

I have bought a few vehicles over the years from many dealerships. Most of which seem more concerned about ensuring they get a sale (the business side of things) and many sales staff / managers are not always respectful or take the customers thoughts and opinions into account. At Crosstown Chrysler, I had the pleasure of working with a young knowledgeable man Aaron Hutton. When I had questions on the used car I wanted to purchase, he quickly pulled up the original build sheet to find out the options of the car. He worked with me and always made me feel respected and completely at ease. When they looked at the car I was trading in, they tossed me the keys to the Challenger and said while we look at your car, you should look at our car. Super easy. Negotiating was a breeze as we each had a figure in mind that we could agree upon. The Sales Manager Manny Hanna was friendly and never stopped smiling. He engaged conversation with you and at the end of the day wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted and a fair price from my trade in. Cars are cars and you can buy them anywhere, but what really stands out and separates dealerships is the way the sales agents communicate and work with the buyer. These guys make you feel appreciated and welcome. Manny and Aaron sold me on Crosstown, the dealership and I will tell everyone my super positive experience. Thanks guys,
