Why Your Next Car Should Be a 2016 Chrysler 200

With only three Chrysler vehicles left on the market, it's arguable that the
breadth of products isn't enough to satisfy consumers. These naysayers have
obviously never driven the 2016 Chrysler 200. Although it's rumored that this
is the last year for the attractive four-door sedan, it will leave a lasting
mark on the industry with a quality mix of aesthetics and amenities. If there's
only one car to consider buying this year, make it a Chrysler 200. Here's just
a bit of all it has to offer.

Efficient, Powerful
Engine Options

One of the best attributes of the Chrysler 200 is that it offers two engine choices, and each have their benefits. The
standard engine is an efficient 2.4-liter four-cylinder that pairs nicely with
a nine-speed automatic transmission. With this engine, expect to get up to 36
miles per gallon (mpg) on the highway and 23 mpg in the city, as well as 184
horsepower and 173 pound-feet of torque.

If you're looking for a true high-performance vehicle, the upgrade to the
3.6-liter V-6 is well worth the price. With swift acceleration, this behemoth
can take you from zero-to-60 in a mere 5.7 seconds, while topping out a
face-melting 121 mph. Fuel economy doesn't suffer much either, with 32 mpg on
the highway and 19 mpg in the city.

Regardless of which engine suits your needs, you're guaranteed to get an
eclectic mix of power and efficiency.

Make It Your Own

Even with impressive engine specs, the only thing spectators see is the
exterior of the 200. Fortunately, Chrysler gives you plenty of options to give
it the look you want. It comes with nine color options that include Velvet Red,
Vivid Blue, and Black Forest Green. There are also eight wheel choices. The
stock option is a 17-inch steel wheel, but you can get as extravagant as you'd
like with 19-inch black polished aluminum wheels or 19-inch polished gray. With
such customization, it's easier to think of the 200 as your very own canvas.

Awesome Interior
Specs

Inside, the Chrysler 200 teems with top-notch materials, an attractive
layout, and excellent tech features. When you grab the wheel, you'll
immediately notice how easy it is to handle, as well as the paddle shifters,
which allow you to turn the 200 into a pseudo-manual transmission. Upper trims
also throw in heating and leather-wrapped options to the helm.

For exemplary comfort, the 200 sports a power eight-way driver's seat, as
well as lumbar support for both front seats. If you want to add even more
opulence, add the heated and ventilated seats. With these, you're never too hot
or too cold no matter what the temperature's like outside.

For the tech guru, the 200 delivers on all levels. It starts with a
class-leading 8.4-inch touchscreen display that makes it easy to access
navigation, music, and apps. Throw in the UConnect smartphone connectivity
bundle, and the 200 is almost like sitting at a high-end computer.

With a crowded mix of four-door sedans, the Chrysler 200 truly shines. Make
sure to give it a try before it disappears from showrooms forever.
